Q.  Is my information secure?

A. Yes. Safeguarding your information is a priority for us. To ensure the security of your personal information, we use industry standard encryption to prevent unauthorized access to data.

Q. Will my children share an account?

A. Yes. A parent account can be set up allowing you to link all of your children to the same portal account. However, each child’s account will remain as a separate medical record.   

Q. What if my child’s parents live in separate households?

A. Parents listed on the child’s birth certificate can be set up separately. Please contact our office with specific details and questions.

Q. How can I communicate securely with Premiere Pediatrics?

A. All communication through the Practice Portal occurs through our secure messaging network. When you receive a reply to a service request or question, it will come in the form of an email directing you to your Secure Messaging Inbox. Your inbox is also available here on the home page of our Practice Portal at any time.
